Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Services Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong customer relationship management abilities, and a passion for delivering top-notch service.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely and accurate information
- Manage client accounts, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and up-to-date
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and execute client projects
- Analyze client data and provide insights to improve their experience and drive business growth
- Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies
- Maintain client records in Salesforce or similar CRM system
- Support the sales team by providing administrative assistance, such as preparing sales materials and scheduling appointments

Experience:
- Previous experience in a client services or account management role is preferred
- Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent analytical skills to assess client needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is desired
